Sberbank of Russia opened for RDI a non-revolving line of credit to finance the construction of stage 3 of the Residential suburb Yuzhnaya Dolina located 9 km away from Moscow along the Kashirskoye highway.

RDI - a holding company specialized in integrated territory development and creation of modern living spaces - launched a large-scale rebranding company early in the fall which affected all corporate elements – from logo to corporate structure.

On August 26, a press tour took place on the territory of “Novo-Molokovo” residential compound. Invited reporters were shown a residential compound consisting of low-and middle-rise building located 9 km away from Moscow Ring Road on Kashirskoye shosse.
