RDI and Bank “Otkrytie” announce launching a new mortgage loan program offering an interest rate of 8% per annum for the first year of the loan term. The down payment under the offered program is less than 20%; the loan term is not more than 30 years. The interest rate will be different for the second and subsequent years, subject to terms and conditions of the concluded loan agreement.
Modern comfortable real estate properties offered within the framework of the best projects of RDI, such as Novo-Molokovo, Yuzhnoe Vidnoe and Youzhnaya Dolina housing complexes, are available for acquisition under the aforesaid mortgage loan program with the reduced interest rate for the first year.
A mortgage loan application may be made at sales offices of RDI and at offices of Bank “Otkrytie”.
