Head of Leninskiy district visited “Novo-Molokovo”
During his business trip with a purpose of building sites inspection, the Head of Leninskiy municipal district Oleg Khromov and mass media representatives, among which were “Vidnoe TV”, visited “Novo-Molokovo” housing complex. The official was interested in social infrastructure, so that there’s no wonder that his attention was mainly attracted to the nursery school being under work since June. Initially, the General plan was covering the building of two nursery and one general education school. According to Khromov, the most important step was to commence building of the first of the objects planned. “The foundation preparing works have already commenced, and now we’re absolutely sure that the social object for 128 children will appear here in the next year”, pointed out Oleg Vladimirovich.
“Primarily, we are concerned about residents convenience and consider the nursery school to be one of the most important elements of high-quality life”, confirmed Sergey Korotchenkov, Director General of RDI. That’s not just empty phrase: two-storeyed building with bright faces being in general complex style has whatever is required, including light classrooms, spacious workrooms, capacious auditorium for concerts featuring children, swimming pool, etc. Adjacent territory will be furnished with playgrounds and promenade areas.
In the TV spot following the business trip of the Head of the district it was emphasized that “Novo-Molokovo” is one of the most attractive housing projects near Moscow. The houses are in European architectural style. Surrounding grounds have well-considered development, play and sport grounds, snug courtyard, vast spaces for walking and cycling.
